Newton wide panel cabinet doors feature a Shaker-style pattern with wider rails and stiles than our traditional Wilmington shaker cabinet door. This style will complement a wide range of homes, including those decorated in traditional, transitional and modern designs. They are made from solid wood or medium density fiberboard (MDF) and ship unfinished, providing a blank slate ready for your choice of paint or stain so you can match your existing cabinet system.
These cabinet doors are a perfect solution when you want to remodel your home cabinetry but leave your cabinet boxes intact. They are also more affordable than buying and installing new cabinets from the ground up and offer a fast and easy way to replace damaged or missing cabinet doors.
The doors in this series feature a 1/4" MDF or plywood veneered insert panels and 3" rails and stiles with precisely machined edges. Door height and width are both customizable down to the nearest 1/16" for the right look and an accurate fit.
We offer these cabinets in MDF or your choice of different wood species, including red oak, cherry, hard maple and paint-grade hard maple. Paint-grade hard maple and MDF are the recommended material options for painted cabinets, and white primer paint is available as an option.

what does the blum soft close overlay mean? 1/2" vs 1 1/4" what do i want? thanks
Here is some more information on our cabinet hinges pages that explains cabinet overlay:
https://cabinetdoorsnmore.com/products/cabinet-door-hinges
Basically, overlay refers to the amount of space that you want your cabinet doors to "overlay" or ocver the cabinet opening. If you want your doors to overlay the cabinet opening on all 4 sides of the cabinet by 1/2" then you you need 1/2" overlay hinges. You would then add 1" to both the width and height of the cabinet opening measurements to get the correct cabinet door size.
We hope this helps!
