Ordering/Shipping/Return Policies

The following ordering, shipping and return policies are provided by National Refacing Systems, LLC, hereinafter referred to as Cabinet Doors 'N' More (CDNM).

**Note: All orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM will be processed the following Monday. 

Changes/Modifications to Orders:

Cabinet Doors 'N' More (CDNM) maintains fast production times by processing your order almost immediately after it has been submitted. Once the order has been processed by CDNM, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or added to. This includes combining newer orders with older orders to conserve on shipping cost. Changes submitted after any order is in production will not be accepted. All changes submitted by the customer after the order is in production will require processing of a new order for any product for those specific changes and additional charges will be incurred. Makeovers and/or financial compensation will not be allowed.

Shipping Your Order

Free Shipping

We can only ship to physical addresses (no po boxes) in the Contiguous 48 states (Not Alaska or Hawaii). Cabinet Doors 'N' More does not have a showroom and orders cannot be picked up. All orders are shipped free to the address you provided for your home or business at checkout.

The majority of our orders ship via Fed Ex Ground and once shipped from our factories it should take no more than 1-4 days depending on where the order is being shipped. If we do receive larger orders we may elect to ship these via a LTL freight carrier. 

Damage during shipping:

Cabinet Doors 'N' More is not responsible for damage incurred by the shipping company. We will however work with you to provide the quickest fix and turnaround on your damaged products.

Please email Cabinet Doors 'N' More with the following information:

1. A description of the damage that has occurred 
2. A list of the finished size of each item that was damaged as shown on the original order 
3. A picture of damage to each item (this must be taken with your digital camera and attached to the email). 

Once this information has been received, Cabinet Doors 'N' More will contact you with more information on the best way to proceed.

Damages, Shortages or Order Discrepancies

Important! We ask that you please open all of your packages once they arrive to make sure your order is complete and there are no damages, shortages or issues with your product order. All issues, including damages, shortages or discrepancies must be submitted within 7 days to Cabinet Doors 'N' More. If a discrepancy is found, Cabinet Doors 'N' More is not liable for project delays and/or overnight/expedited delivery of said items.

Refund Policy

Cabinet Doors 'N' More does not accept returns on any products (i.e. you get exactly what was ordered on our site). If Cabinet Doors 'N' More is at fault due to errors associated with the ordering, processing and production of the product, please contact us for proper resolution. All products are custom made to order so they cannot be returned and/or re-sold.
