Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges, accept returns or provide refunds for products produced following your instructions.

To keep our operation streamlined, our turnaround times fast, and in order to maintain our affordable prices, we do not own additional warehouse space or hire personnel for returns.

If you would like to add products after submitting an order, we ask that you start a new order and we'll produce it at the same rapid rate. With our free shipping, you won't pay any additional transport expenses regardless of how many orders you submit.

Once your order arrives, we ask that you inspect your entire order within 7 days to see if there are any issues so that we can address them quickly. Please take a moment to ensure all of your items arrived in good condition. If you spot any damage, notice a shortage or have a discrepancy you'd like to report, please send an email to info@cabinetdoorsnmore.com. We'll work to help you fix your order and get your project back on schedule, manufacturing replacement items as quickly as possible and shipping them via UPS Ground as soon as they are ready.

We ship orders to physical addresses anywhere in the continental United States. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is unavailable. Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders ship for free, directly from our factory to you, and local pickup is unavailable. Ship to a home, apartment building, business or job site for free and get your products fast.

We pack all items with care, adding protection for the trip between our factory and your door. We ship the majority of orders using UPS Ground. Most of our customers receive their finished products within one to four days following shipping confirmation. Larger bulk orders for commercial remodeling projects may ship via LTL freight carrier. 

REPORTING DAMAGE

We do everything in our power to protect your products during shipping. While we choose responsible providers, the level of care shown by an individual carrier is beyond our control. If your products are damaged during shipping, we are unable to assume responsibility, but we will help you hold the carrier responsible. If the damage is visible from the outside, take photos of your package before you open it and refuse to accept delivery, if possible. 

If your order has arrived damaged, please send us a direct email and we will help you sort it out. Please be sure to provide:

  • The damage:¬†A brief description of the damage, including the type and its location on your product.
  • The product:¬†Include the product name and measurements of the damaged item (as printed on your order).
