How long should I let the veneer acclimate before installation?
Allow your veneer to lie flat and acclimate for 48 hours before installation. Doing so ensures the material adjusts to your room's temperature and humidity for optimal adhesion.
Which wood species should I choose for my project?
We offer Red Oak ($199), Hard Maple ($209) and Cherry ($209) veneers — all premium hardwoods with vertical grain patterns. Choose the species that matches your cabinet doors or desired finish. Each accepts stain beautifully for a seamless match.
Do you offer thermofoil veneer options like pickled maple?
We don't offer pickled maple thermofoil, but we do provide White RTF (Rigid Thermofoil) cabinet doors in multiple styles to complement your veneer project, including raised panel, Shaker, beaded Shaker and slab.
What surfaces will PSA veneer stick to properly?
PSA veneer adheres best to sealed, painted or varnished surfaces. For raw wood or plywood, first apply a coat of varnish, shellac or polyurethane and let dry 24 hours.
